Vehicles

We constantly obtain feedback from our customers and incorporate improvements in design to suit Customers’ needs, apart from the Research & Development done at Ashok Leyland India to upgrade technology and specifications of vehicles.

Wide variety of applications such as Gully emptier,  Scavenge trucks, Water and fuel bowsers, crane mounted trucks, refrigerated container  trucks, special application riot control vehicles, apart from flatbed, drop side bodies are imported & marketed.

Buses to suit every passenger capacity requirement from 28 seater buses to 63 seater buses, plus double decker buses and articulated buses are available in the product range.

Workshop
Number of bays are available in the vehicle repair section, to carry out repairs on Ashok Leyland vehicles with factory trained technicians.  A full fledged unit reconditioning workshop for engine, gear box and other unit repairs, special test bench for Power steering, fuel injector pumps are available.

Body building section to build  driver’s cabins, bowsers, flatbeds, aluminium and steel container bodies. Drop side bodies, special mobile canteen vehicles is available.

A separate workshop to restore accident damaged vehicles using original body spare parts is available, which even helps to restore old vehicles to road worthy condition, including mechanical rehabilitation.

Spare Parts
A central warehouse holds inventory of genuine ‘LEYPARTS’ spare parts valued at more than LKR 100 Mn, and catering to all models of Ashok Leyland vehicles marketed in Sri Lanka.

In House Manufacture
A full fledged machine shop & press shop cater to manufacture of cab kits, silencer barrels, fuel tanks and minor components.  A fibre glass section manufactures radiator grills, bonnets, instrument panels, ventilators, wind deflectors for in house usage and sale through company outlets.
